Experienced Roofing Sales/Field Project Manager/Sales Manager- (Loveland, CO)
$100K Compensation Package: $1000 Weekly Base Pay, Plus Commissions, Bonuses, Company Truck & Medical Benefits.
Local and established Roofing & Construction Company is growing rapidly! We are looking to hire experienced field sales associates with past roofing sales experience - due to our consistent and explosive growth.
We are also looking to fill a Field Trainer or Sales Management Position.
Many of our past clients, both residential and commercial property owners, have been affected by storms across the state of Colorado. We are also anticipating another explosive storm season in 2025! The $100B Roofing & Storm Restoration Industry is “recession-proof”, as we continue to have record breaking storm seasons, with insurance companies paying for necessary repairs done on homes and properties across the state of Colorado.

DO YOU QUALIFY?
- Past Roofing Sales/Field Project Management or Sales Management experience in the Home Service Sales is REQUIRED.
- Must be presentable in person, energetic, with strong social/people skills.
- Must have a vehicle, preferably a truck, and be able to get on a ladder and perform property inspections, in order to take a photo essay of our client properties.
- Must be able to sell and close contracts, with a proven success record in sales.
- Must be a Fire Starter, Have a Great Attitude, and Work Independently.
