Our team has 25 years of experience in the design, installation and repair of residential and commercial heating and AC.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist - HVAC Schedule Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This role serves as the first point of contact for our valued customers and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Position : Customer Service Specialist - HVAC Schedule Coordinator

Compensation : $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience Spiffs

Work Hours : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

What you will be doing :

  • Working in an office and warehouse setting
  • Answering Incoming calls
  • Scheduling annual maintenance calls
  • Scheduling sales appointments
  • Dispatching technicians
  • Date entry for parts ordering and updating customer database information
  • Inventory control & putting away parts shipments
  • Receiving materials and checking serial numbers
  • Supporting field techs by occasionally delivering parts
  • Must be able to climb on ladder
  • Casual work environment, jeans and closed-toe shoes

    • Qualifications :

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 2 years related experience and / or training in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, inventory, or combination of experience and education.
  • Stellar customer service skills
  • Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
  • Experience with MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, and Excel
  • CRM Data base experience
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
