SUMMARY
Provides support with Production activities, Samples, and New Model activity, creates / maintains Operator Quality Instructions, maintains Production Communication Carts, and works on special projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Creates / maintains OQI’s (Operator Quality Instruction) / PPH (Part Problem History)
- Maintain department / Production Work Instructions to stay compliant with ISO certification
- Conducts Orientation
- Provides Educational Classes to Production Associates about production basic practices.
- Supports Production activity by answering questions and or requests.
- Supports New Model Samples, document process to create Operator Instruction.
- Maintain / update Communication Carts for Production use.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents and operating procedures. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
