**Job Summary:** We are seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide essential assistance to individuals in need within their homes. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and support. **Responsibilities:** - Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. - Help with meal preparation and medication reminders. - Perform light housekeeping tasks. - Accompany clients to appointments and social outings. - Monitor and report changes in client health status to the appropriate medical personnel. **Skills:** - Experience in medical-surgical, geriatrics, PICU, hospital medicine, or related fields is preferred. - Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care to individuals in need. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Empathy and patience when dealing with clients facing health challenges.
