School Age Child Care Counselor
We are seeking a qualified School Age Child Care Counselor to join our team at All Sport Health and Fitness.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, teach, coordinate, and carry out activities for children, guiding them in their personal growth and daily living skills.
- Assist in the direction, supervision, and organization of children within activities and throughout the program.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety in all activities for children and staff.
- Provide daily care for each child, recognizing their personal health needs and reporting any problems promptly.
- Represent the program when interacting with parents or community members, providing feedback and information as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or have a high school diploma.
- 1 year experience working with children required.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR required.
- Complete a minimum of 30 hours of training every 2 years.
