We are now seeking a passionate and skilled Tennis / Pickleball Instructor to join our dynamic team!
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct group, semi-private, and private tennis / pickleball lessons following All Sport guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure the safety of all participants through constant vigilance.
- Punctually meet all scheduled class times, fully prepared to teach, including equipment setup.
- Plan and organize personal class teaching outlines, methods, and goals that support the general teaching outlines provided by the Sport Activities Director.
- Establish positive public relations with parents / guardians by helping them recognize and understand player developments and achievements.
- Assist in organizing and developing special programs, activities, or instruction.
- Participate in promoting membership growth and member participation in classes, events, and training.
- Certification in tennis and / or pickleball instruction (e.g., USPTR, PTR, USAPA, etc.) preferred with successful teaching experience.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certified.
