You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing waiting lists, bussing tables, and assisting servers. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service and create a memorable experience for our guests.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Greeting guests as they arrive and informing them of specials and events
- Thanking guests as they leave and inviting them back
- Managing a waiting list, bussing tables, and assisting servers
- Answering phone calls and entering carry out orders into the POS system
- Suggestive selling and ensuring orders are correct
- Handling money and making change
- Assisting servers and managers throughout the dining room
