As a Frickers hostess/greeter, you are the first and last person our guests will see during their visit. We rely on you to make a great impression every time.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests as they arrive and informing them of promotions and events
- Thanking guests as they leave and inviting them back
- Managing a waiting list, clearing tables, and assisting servers
- Answering phone calls and taking orders
- Entering carry-out orders into our POS system, providing excellent customer service, ensuring orders are accurate, and handling transactions
- Supporting servers and managers throughout the dining area
