Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Execute floor care duties, including buffing and polishing surfaces.
- Conduct custodial tasks such as waste disposal, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs.
- Engage in residential painting and touch-up work as required.
- Support commercial cleaning efforts by adhering to safety protocols and cleaning standards.
- Participate in industrial cleaning projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Skills
- Strong ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in various environments.
- Proficient in buffing techniques and floor care methods.
- Experience in custodial services and facilities maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with commercial and industrial cleaning practices is beneficial.
