Cleaning Technicians

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and an ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Execute floor care duties, including buffing and polishing surfaces.
• Conduct custodial tasks such as waste disposal, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs.
• Engage in residential painting and touch-up work as required.
• Support commercial cleaning efforts by adhering to safety protocols and cleaning standards.
• Participate in industrial cleaning projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Skills

• Strong ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in various environments.
• Proficient in buffing techniques and floor care methods.
• Experience in custodial services and facilities maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial and industrial cleaning practices is beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
