We are seeking a full-time Client Service Associate who will provide administrative and operational support to our team of advisors and occasionally interact with clients. This person will be our on-site subject matter expert for our account management tools.
Role Responsibilities
- Overall main role is to support our wealth advisors by being the contact for all client to-dos, inquiries and questions outside of client meetings
- Research and efficiently resolve complex problems related to client accounts
- Assist in data input to create Financial Plans in Money Guide Pro to include retirement, education, tax, charitable, estate or insurance planning
- Prepare all paperwork necessary for client on boarding, transfers, money movement, etc. then obtain client signatures and submit to custodian
- Track business and ensure it transfers appropriately
- Gain subject matter expertise on custodial platforms – Fidelity and Schwab
- RMD Cashiering
- Utilize our CRM (Salesforce-Salentica) to document and complete tasks
- Perform other duties as requested which contribute to the overall success of the firm
Job Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Industry experience a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, DocuSign, Adobe and Microsoft365 preferred
- A professional demeanor and the ability to handle matters confidentially.
- Keen sense of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, well-developed problem solving skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service and exhibit a sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner.
