- Board-certified or Board Eligible Family medicine
- 34 pt contact hours for full time
- Join 5 primary care providers, 2 mental health providers, care coordinator and support staff
- Work with residents
- 16-18 pts per day
- Non profit health system
- Rotating phone weekend call with nurse triage line
- Epic EMR
