* Work schedule: Monday-Friday clinic hours, with night and weekend call responsibilities
* Average number of patients per day: 18
* Case mix: 75% Hematology and 25% Oncology
* Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and DEA certificate
* License requirements: KY medical license or IMLC
