*Job Overview*
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in a fast-paced environment.
*Duties*
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure quality service
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Utilize GPS systems for transportation planning
- Familiarity with freight and Oracle Transportation Management is a plus
*Requirements*
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
- Proficiency in using transportation management software like Oracle Transportation Management is desirable
- Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
