As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of three, resolving escalations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will have the autonomy to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and make strategic decisions to enhance productivity and service delivery. Compensation :
- Salary Range : $50,000 - $60,000 per year

- Take ownership of maintenance challenges and proactively develop solutions
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency in the maintenance department
- Implement and refine standard operating procedures to enhance productivity
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly Leadership & Relationship Management
- Act as the escalation point for tenants, investors, and ownership, providing swift and effective resolutions
- Lead and manage a team of three, ensuring accountability and productivity, and schedule and conduct weekly meetings
- Coach and develop new team members, training them on systems, procedures, and company standards
- Promote company culture and implement initiatives to enhance employee retention
- Collaborate with other departments on reporting and operational support requirements
- Conduct weekly staff meetings with organized agendas and compliance checks
- Troubleshoot issues and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring problems
- Oversee and drive company-wide initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination between internal and external teams Qualifications :
- 3 years in a management role, property management experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team
- Comfortable handling escalations and making strategic decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with a focus on efficiency and process improvement
- Proficiency in property management software and general business tools
