Description
Busy Orthopedic Practice seeking a Medical Assistant with a current NCT License. Job duties to include: rooming patients, recording patient information related to reason for visit, allergies, medications, social/family history, drawing up injections with potential for casting. Orthopedic Experience preferred. Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. NCT license strongly preferred. X-rays duties will be assigned as needed.
Requirements
Experience:
- Medical Assistant: 5 years (Required)
- EMR systems: 5 years (Required)
- medical terminology: 5 year (Required)
- Orthopedic experience (Preferred)
License:
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
- Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)
- NCT License (Strongly Preferred)
