Job Description

All Star Personnel is currently hiring a Production Technician for a manufacturing facility in LaVergne, TN. This temporary to permanent position.

Shift Hours :

1st - 6am-2 : 30pm or 7am-3 : 30pm

2nd - 4 : 30pm-1am

Pay : 1st - $21.75

2nd - $22.25

Job Description

  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software applications while performing / assisting the repair process.
  • Responsible for ensuring product quality through repairing and testing of product to ensure specifications are met.
  • Documents issues, and reports potential quality related problems to quality management.

Essential Functions

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Test and diagnostics of servers and components.
  • Repair or replace parts as necessary for servers
  • Troubleshoots technical issues and complete applicable documentation.
  • Use of tools and test equipment of various types, to diagnose issues servers
  • Disassembles and / or reassembles units according to the applicable work instructions.
  • Orders correct parts using the proper procedures.
  • Tests units according to work instructions and process flows.
  • Responsible for inspecting products to ensure it is labeled correctly.
  • Responsible for completing applicable paperwork completely and accurately.
