Outpatient Occupational Therapist Assistant
Locations: Menifee Ca.
Part Time Position
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for an Outpatient setting to join our team! This is a part-time position. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities.

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist the Occupational Therapist in assessing patients' conditions and needs.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions based on treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and response to treatments.
- Collaborate closely with the therapy team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and functional activities.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions of the Occupational Therapist Assistant Role:
- Assist in evaluation of client’s daily living skills and capacities to determine extent of abilities and
- limitations
- Assist in planning and implementing educational, vocational, and recreational programs and activities established by registered Occupational Therapist, designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance task performances, diminish or correct pathology, and to promote and maintain health and self-sufficiency
- Communicate with staff and other health team members, to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs
Qualifications
Experience and Skills Required for Occupational Therapist Assistant Position:
- Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year Occupational Therapist Assistant accredited college or technical school required
