Job Description:
As a CSR, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. From answering incoming calls to scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians, you'll be at the heart of our operations. We're looking for someone who’s not only friendly and professional, but also able to stay organized and calm under pressure. This is a full-time office-based position with the opportunity to take on additional hours for weekends and after-hours availability.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Schedule appointments and manage technician dispatching
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer issues and provide product information
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Monitor ongoing jobs to ensure timely completion
- Review technician paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- General office duties including, filing, collections, and mailing.
Qualifications:
- Positive, calm and organized
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills are required
- Familiarity with the plumbing or HVAC industry is a plus, but not required
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends with additional compensation
