All-Star Power Cleaning is now scheduling interviews for Field Technician positions! This is an excellent starter role in a rapidly growing company, with tremendous potential for advancement based on performance. After a brief onboarding period, compensation may switch to a commission-based structure. We’re looking for candidates eager to develop their skills, especially in window cleaning, while contributing to our team. Attention to detail, effective client interactions, and the ability to work autonomously are key qualities we value. A background in hospitality or home service is a big plus.

What You’ll Do

• Perform pressure washing, window cleaning, soft washing, concrete and paver sealing, gutter cleaning, and holiday light installations.
• Train in safety protocols and customer service to ensure top-quality work.
• Immerse yourself in our company culture and contribute positively to the team.
• Work with a strong focus on attention to detail, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard.
• Interact with clients professionally, building trust and ensuring satisfaction.
• Start as a Junior Technician earning $16–19/hour, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 45 lbs. or more and carry ladders safely.
• Comfortable working at heights, including on roofs.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Clean Driving Record and ability to pass a background screening.
• Home service experience and familiarity with driving company vehicles is a big plus.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• No jerks allowed—we value teamwork and respect.
