Window Cleaner, Lead

All-Star Power Cleaning is now hiring Window Cleaners in Cleveland, Ohio! This opportunity is open for both full-time and part-time roles, Monday through Friday.

Candidates will make between $16 to $20 per hour starting, based on experience. This position is designed with the intention of the candidate becoming a Crew Leader, responsible for overseeing a vehicle and junior technicians after a brief onboarding period.

Experience That Sets You Apart:

• Familiarity with professional window cleaning utilizing traditional mop and squeegee, water-fed-pole, and stack ladders.
• Exemplary candidates with backgrounds in janitorial, home service, hospitality, or restaurant industries may also be considered.

Once hired, candidates will transition to a commission-based pay structure upon becoming a Lead Technician. Compensation will include a commission base for each job item, with additional earnings available for new sales or upsells. Non-negotiable traits include integrity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

Additional Responsibilities: This position also includes tasks such as pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday light installation. During your interview, be prepared to demonstrate your skills. Join a team that values hard work and excellence!

• Ability to lift over 45 lbs. and safely manage ladders.
