ASSA is seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Human Resources Coordinator in our recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling second interviews for entry-level and part-time roles. Additionally, you will assist in overseeing the recruitment efforts for our internship programs, manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and build relationships with coaches, and universities to strengthen our talent pipeline. This role will report to the Human Resources Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing qualified candidates for our organization, including our seasonal internship programs and entry-level and part-time positions
- Schedule & conduct phone calls, video calls & onsite interviews
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate records and efficient tracking throughout the recruitment process
- Send targeted emails to high school and college coaches, to establish and strengthen professional relationships for future talent pipelines
- Represent the company at career fairs, collecting candidate lists and building relationships with potential interns
- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines
- Knowledge/understanding of best recruitment practices
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
- Strong desire to succeed
