Client Services Representative - Medical Dispatch

Description:

Reliable Medical Dispatcher will act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls. The dispatcher will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Dispatch orders for all services for All-Stat Portable, including monitoring technician/nurse routes, exam status, and exam priority status, to ensure the fastest turnaround times
• Intake orders from clients and customers via phone, professionally and respectfully
• Enter all orders in medical tracking system and maintain logs and other information
• Maintain communication with technicians/nurses and inform them of any pertinent order information, obstacles or requirement that is imperative for the successful completion of the exam
• Assist technicians/nurses with troubleshooting
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information, providing solutions, or notifying the appropriate person
• Provide field techs with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements
• Make CD images and distribute appropriately
• Grant online access to outside medical professionals
• Correct and modify issues with exams or order information
  
  

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Great organizational skills, and able to prioritize and delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively
• Great interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external managers, clients and associates
• Experience in upholding performance and quality standards
• High school diploma or higher education
• Previous Medical Dispatch or customer service experience
• Availability pm shift and weekend rotations
  
  

Compensation: (Based on experience): Range from $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
