Project Managers oversee the completion of commercial and industrial electrical projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget. They manage site personnel, resources, and communicate directly with customers to guarantee satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand project schedules and deadlines established by the GC/CM
- Support team members in resolving problems and shortfalls, while communicating project needs and objectives
- Oversee subcontractors, ensuring clear communication of project requirements
- Work collaboratively with various trades to achieve project success
- Organize labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, technology, and safety requirements
- Regularly review project performance and implement corrective measures as necessary
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, designs, and requirements
Position Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple projects concurrently
- Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings
- Flexibility to work overtime, including nights and weekends
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to make timely decisions and implement plans of action
