General Labor Fence Installer

All-State Fence Company is seeking a full-time fence installer to work on a fence installation crew.

This position is a permanent position. We build fence year-round (this job is not seasonal). Successful applicant will be working approximately 40 to 45 per week working Monday through Thursday. This position requires heavy lifting and working in the heat or cold depending on the season. Applicant must be able to work at a fast pace. Starting wage is $16.00 to $19.00 depending on experience. We pay more if applicant has fence installation experience. We give raises twice a year if the team member is progressing. We are a fast-growing company with a lot of room for advancement.

Duties Include:

Tearing Down and Stacking Old Fence.
Installing new fence using power augers, concrete mixers and nail guns.
Installing Security Chain Link Fence with Barbed Wire on Top.
Installing Heavy Roll Gates.

Additional Requirements:

Must be honest, hardworking and dependable
Applicant must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Ability to work effectively on a fast-paced fence installation crew.
Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
