Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketplace Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our presence on various online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon and Walmart. This position will report directly to the Marketplace Manager and will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing product visibility, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management: Oversee and manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on various online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
- Content Optimization: Create and optimize product content, including titles, A Content, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure products are consistently in stock and available for purchase on the marketplaces.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer reviews, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business goals.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on marketplace performance to provide actionable insights on marketplace health and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or related experience.
- Proven experience in managing online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon and Walmart, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of agriculture, construction or automotive parts is helpful.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketplace management tools.
