ACERO Building Components has been in business for over 20 years, now located in Nacogdoches, TX we are expanding our business.
We are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our Team. We offer hours 8 - 5 pm, Monday - Friday and every other Saturday 7a - 4 pm. We offer health benefits after 90 days and holidays paid, among others.
Job Summary:
The CSR assists with new and existing customer sales and provides product support to outside sales representatives. This position provides quotes and product dimension information, both in person and over the phone.
Essential Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, as well as walk-in customers.
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order processing.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address customer needs.
- Work with our logistics department to determine delivery times and pricing for customer orders to be delivered to the customer’s location.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Work with current sales staff and management to create the best solutions to meeting customer needs and increasing sales.
- Work with our Customer Care team to improve customer service which could also lead to greater sales totals.
Qualifications
- 1 year sales experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and CRM Software knowledge is a plus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
- Eager to learn sales techniques, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred.
