RESPONSIBILITIES OF BARTENDERS :
Provide an excellent guest drinking experienceMix and match ingredients to create classic and innovative drinksPrepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patronsInteract with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinksAssess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendationsCheck customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking ageStock bar back, bar, and serve guestsComply with food and beverage regulationsQUALIFICATIONS FOR BARTENDERS :
A MINIMUM of 1-year experience bartending at restaurants, country clubs, events, etc.Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinksMust have TABC CertificationAbility to work flexible hoursREQUIREMENTS FOR BARTENDERS :
Clean, friendly, and professional appearancePositive attitude and strong work ethicTeam player who works well with othersThrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsResponsible & dependable, with reliable transportationAll candidates must be 18 years of age or older to applyAll candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.All candidates must pass a pre-hire drug screenBassets Bartender Certification
High School diploma / GED
MMR, Varicella, Hep B, TDAP, and TB
Covid and Flu Vaccinations required
