Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Austin Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide customized solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and deliver proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the internal recruiting team to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities in the staffing market.
- Represent All Team Staffing at networking events, trade shows, and community activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
