Position: In-Store Lead Generator

Compensation: $20.00 per hour $5 per attended appointment 1% commission on changeout sales from your leads

Job Summary:
As an In-Store Lead Generator, you will be the face of All Temp Co., Inc. within Home Depot stores, responsible for engaging with shoppers and generating leads for HVAC replacements, repairs, and tune-ups. Your primary goal is to identify potential customers, provide them with information about our HVAC services, and schedule appointments for further consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Proactively approach and interact with shoppers to generate interest in HVAC services, focusing on replacements, repairs, and tune-ups.
• Lead Generation: Collect customer information and schedule appointments for follow-up consultations, aiming to maximize the number of attended appointments.
• Professionalism: Maintain a positive image of both All Temp Co., Inc. and Home Depot by adhering to high standards of customer service and professionalism. This includes wearing the assigned Home Depot apron and ID badge while in the store.
• Compliance: Operate in strict accordance with Home Depot’s company policies and guidelines, ensuring all interactions and behaviors align with the store’s standards.
• Schedule: Contractors have the flexibility to choose between full-time or part-time hours, with the requirement of working on Saturdays and attending weekly team meeting on Wednesday. You must establish a fixed schedule that aligns with store hours.

Compensation Details:

• Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour.
• Appointment Bonus: Earn $5.00 for every attended appointment booked from your leads.
• Sales Commission: Receive .5% of the total sale amount for any HVAC changeout that results from your lead.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be comfortable working independently and managing your own time effectively.
• Adherence to Home Depot’s dress code and policy manual.
• Device capable of using Wingen Lead entry app.
• Agreeing to full use and terms and details of Wingen lead capture app on personal or work device.

Work Hours:
Flexible, with the requirement to work on Saturdays. Full-time or part-time schedules are available, and contractors can determine their own fixed hours.
