Job Description:
All-Temp Systems Mechanical is seeking an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer for their Milford, MA, location. In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate will already have residential or commercial HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:
- Perform installation of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products.
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
- Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
- Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
- Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- *Minimum of 5 years of experience working with residential HVAC
- EPA – Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
