About the Role:
We are looking for an independent / on-call cleaner in the St Johns area (Julington Creek/Durbin, Nocatee, Sampson, or surrounding areas)
IMPORTANT:
You will start with just a few jobs (3-6 hours), but depending on your skillset, we will ramp you up according to what your schedule allows. You will also need to start with your own cleaning supplies & vacuum, but if we provide you with more work, we will then provide cleaning supplies once yours are depleted. You will also be paid as a 1099, but we can discuss having you join as a W-2 after having your own dedicated schedule. In order to assess if you will join our team, after the phone screen, we will have you join us for 1-2 cleans to assess your skills and work ethics. From there we will determine if you will receive an offer.

Responsibilities:
- Performing cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
- Sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
- Restocking supplies such as toilet paper and hand soap
- Following all health and safety regulations
- At least 2 years of experience in cleaning or housekeeping
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks
- Reliable transportation to travel to different job sites
