Ballet Teacher

All That & Jazz! Dance Studio is seeking an experienced and passionate Ballet Instructor to join our faculty and assist with our Pre-Professional Ballet Training Program.

We are committed to nurturing excellence in dance while fostering a supportive, disciplined, and inspiring environment for serious ballet students preparing for auditions, competitions, and professional careers.

Position Highlights:

• Teach ballet technique classes for students ages 6 in our Pre-Professional Division
• Choreograph and rehearse classical and contemporary works for performance
• Prepare students for competitions including YAGP, intensives, and conservatory auditions
• Collaborate with our artistic team to maintain program standards and progression
• Mentor students with a focus on healthy technique, artistry, and professionalism

Requirements:

• Strong background in classical ballet
• Experience teaching advanced students and/or pre-professional levels
• Previous choreography or competition prep experience a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A passion for inspiring and developing serious young dancers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
