Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable.

- Provide visitors with relevant information or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges, if applicable.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and other office records.
