All-Time Bounce, the highest-rated party rental company in Southeast Michigan, is seeking a reliable and motivated person to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our drivers to deliver and set up party equipment, including inflatables, tents, tables, chairs, and concession machines. Our ideal candidate is someone who is physically capable of heavy lifting, is highly efficient and takes initiative, has a positive and friendly attitude, and also has a keen attention to detail and can follow instructions without direct guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading equipment onto trucks
• Deliver equipment to event locations and set up according to instructions
• Ensure equipment is clean, in good working condition, and free from damage
• Collect payment from customers and report any issues or concerns to the management
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation to and from work
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 pounds)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Availability to work weekends, as this is when our services are most in-demand
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow orders without direct guidance
• Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-focused approach
