Work Duties
- Perform lube, oil, and filter changes on various vehicles
- Conduct tire rotations and replacements as needed
- Assist with basic automotive diagnostics and services
- Work collaboratively with mechanics to ensure efficient service delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Skills
- Experience in automotive repair or dealership setting preferred
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and service procedures
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
