The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new residential business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. As a Outside Sales Representative at All U Need Pest Control, you will be a vital part of our sales team, engaging directly with potential clients to introduce them to our exceptional pest control services. Your role involves initiating conversations, delivering compelling presentations, and addressing customer inquiries while showcasing the value our solutions bring in maintaining pest-free environments. Through your effective communication and dedication to exceptional customer service, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing to the growth of our company in the pest control industry.
Primary Job Duties
Engage in door-to-door interactions with potential clients to introduce our pest control services and create awareness of our brand.
Deliver compelling presentations that effectively showcase the benefits of our pest control solutions, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism.
Customize your sales pitch based on individual customer needs and preferences, highlighting the value our services offer in maintaining pest-free environments.
Overcome objections and hesitations raised by potential clients, utilizing your product knowledge and persuasive skills to build trust and confidence.
Prepare and present tailored pest control proposals, accurately outlining the benefits and aligning them with the specific requirements of each customer.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, gather feedback, and collectively refine door-to-door sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and customer feedback using the company's CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively represent the company's offerings.
Embrace ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your sales skills and stay current with evolving sales techniques.
- Adhere to ethical and professional sales practices, ensuring transparency, honesty, and integrity in all customer interactions.
Efficiently manage your time, plan routes, and prioritize your door-to-door sales activities to maximize effectiveness.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Sales or Customer Service experience
As a Sales Representative you will receive:
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
- Monthly bonus program based on performance
