Fast growing dynamic family owned business is seeking full-time self-motivated sales manage to develop key store in Tallahassee, Florida. The ideal candidate will love sales, creating new business opportunities and driving exceptional sales growth. This role not only has a strong base salary but a very attractive bonus structure that rewards hard work and attainment of sales targets. _ (Salary will be discuss during interview and depending on experience)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
· Meet or exceed assigned sales performance and deliver profitability targets.
· Leading the store team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
· Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain at adequate levels, this included conducting physical inventories
· Drive and promote strong sales growth by looking for new sales opportunities, cross selling and maintaining the appearance of the store to achieve an optimal shopping experience.
· Maintain and complete the accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts and prices
· Coach and guide store team to achieve and maintain appropriate individual performance standards for the store in line with the company’s national standards
· Opening and/or closing of store
· Background Check is required
Qualified candidate will meet the following criteria:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· At least 2 year of retail experience as wells as experience at handling cash transactions
· 2-3 years management experience. 2 years in Retail Management preferred.
· Proven track record of leading by example and achieving appreciate company performance levels of individual store staff
· Great positive can do attitude and a willingness to learn and train including ability to hire and training new associates
· Analytical skill that can be used in preparing daily sales and weekly inventory reports; maintain inventories at adequate levels; setting sales targets and driving sales
· Basic store mechanizing skills in order to maintain positive appearance of the store.
· Able to meet assigned sales performance and profitability criteria
· Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
