What are the responsibilities and job description for the Signing Agent position at All Wax Candle Company?

Our Trainee Program is designed for those new to the notary field. As a Trainee Mobile Notary Signing Agent, you’ll gain hands-on experience and learn the essentials of the profession from our experts.

Key Responsibilities

Shadow experienced notaries to learn signing procedures.
Assist with document preparation and client interactions.
Attend signing appointments to gain practical experience.

Qualifications

Enthusiasm for the notary profession.

Willingness to complete training and certification.

Reliable transportation and availability for appointments.

COMPENSATION : Earn $75.00 - $200.00 per loan signing, depending on the type of document package and location. Flexible scheduling allows agents to complete multiple signings daily.

Responsibilities

Perform remote loan signing appointments with clients.

Provide notarial services, including witnessing signatures and administering oaths.

Ensure compliance with notarial laws and regulations.

Travel to various locations as needed to meet clients and conduct signings.

Minimum Requirements

MUST be a U.S. citizen.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Clear a background check.

Possess Notary Public Certification obtained through state-specific education and exams, demonstrating knowledge of notarial laws and regulations.

Dependable computer with camera and microphone.
