What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Teacher Aide/Clerical position at All WCSD Locations (Substitute)?
Substitute for teacher aides, monitors, and clerical staff.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers
- Flexibility to work with students and adults in different classrooms
- Take initiative
- Help teacher prepare and set up
- Reinforce lessons and provide students assistance
- Enforce classroom rules
- Enforce school rules outside the classroom, which may include bus duty and cafeteria duty
- Help to meet the needs of all students
- Work in several classrooms throughout the day
- Other responsibilities as directed by the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma.
- Ability to work well with children and adults.
- Patience.
- Dependability.

Before being added to the Substitute Teacher Aide list, you must complete all paperwork and view an online orientation. Pay rates:
Sub Aide, Monitor: $16.75/hour
Clerical: $17.25/hour
