We have an immediate need for an HVAC Installation Technician with a minimum of 5 years experience to join our team! You will install residential & light commercial central heating and air conditioning systems (new install & replacement). This position offers top level pay and benefits to those qualified.

We have an immediate need for an HVAC Installation Technician with a minimum of 5 years experience to join our team! You will install residential & light commercial central heating and air conditioning systems (new install & replacement). This position offers top level pay and benefits to those qualified.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Need to be able to install: split central AC, HP and furnaces, ductless, package RTU, boilers, HWH
- Additionally, you will need expertise in refrigerant piping and charging, electrical wiring, gas piping, IAQ accessories
- Be a team leader - you may be responsible for Jr. Techs - getting your own work done while also overseeing them will be vital
- Be on time and reliable, your team will be counting on you
- Communication with customer throughout the install process
- Present yourself in a clean and neat appearance
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Honest pay for an honest days work
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- EPA Certification required
- Drivers License
- Must have your own necessary hand tools
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring (power & control)
- Ductwork specialist
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
