Outdoor Power Equipment Sales Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate product benefits.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Proactively engage with established landscaping businesses through cold calls to identify their current equipment needs/repair provider and assess their satisfaction with them.
• May require some on the road travel to local landscaping businesses, schools and municipalities. Company car would be provided for any travel required.
• Ability to use computer to look up parts on manufacturers illustrated parts list.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
