Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate structured training sessions based on the company’s established marketing training program.
- Conduct hands-on training, including ride-alongs, to reinforce classroom learning in real-world scenarios.
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to new hires to ensure they meet company standards within their first 30 days in the field.
- Monitor new hire performance and provide actionable feedback to help employees improve and succeed.
- Ensure all new hires adhere to the company’s policies, best practices, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Marketing Director to ensure training execution aligns with company goals.
- Travel to various office locations (Grawn, Petoskey, Cadillac, etc.) to conduct training sessions.
Base Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 (based on experience, skills, and bonus structure)
