The Opportunity:
We’re hiring a Customer Liaison—a driven, detail-oriented professional who can take ownership of customer interactions and drive solutions from start to finish. In this role, you’ll manage customer service calls, coordinate scheduling and logistics, handle product ordering, and keep projects moving with accuracy and urgency. You'll be a critical link between customers, vendors, and internal teams—especially when complex issues arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take point on customer service communication, primarily around installation scheduling and project updates.
- Maintain composure and clarity under pressure, quickly assessing situations and coordinating effective solutions.
- Proactively handle customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues with a solution-first mindset.
- Keep accurate, real-time records of customer interactions, product orders, and scheduling changes.
- Perform essential data entry and maintain internal spreadsheets and systems with precision.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation and internal coordination.
- Drive communication between sales, install crews, and management to maintain smooth operations.
You’re a Strong Fit If You:
- Stay level-headed in high-pressure situations and naturally take the lead to fix issues.
- Have prior experience in office administration, customer service, or operations.
- Are organized, focused, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once.
- Bring a high level of accountability to your work and don’t need to be micromanaged.
- Communicate clearly and professionally—both verbally and in writing.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable with database management.
- Have experience with vendor coordination or logistics (a plus).
