Retail and Events Director
Full-Time | Leadership Role | Based in Lowell, MI or Grawn, MI office

In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee our Retail and Events departments, lead team development, manage partnerships, and drive performance across the state. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and inspire the Retail and Events teams, including Retail Managers and the Event Coordinator
- Design and execute strategic plans to grow both departments through people and partnerships
- Manage all budgets for Shows, Events, and Retail operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Retail Partners and their leadership teams
- Identify and secure new retail partners to expand reach and lead generation
- Manage and coach the Retail Liaison to support partnership growth and performance
- Drive team performance through KPIs and maintain demo efficiency ratio under 8:1 hours per demo
- Monitor lead generation metrics and drive issued lead cost below $300
- Coordinate impactful training and development for front-line Lead Generators
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1s with Retail and Event Managers to support development and accountability
- Use data to identify opportunities and make strategic improvements
What You Bring to the Table:
- Leadership experience in retail, events, or field marketing
- A track record of coaching and developing teams to hit and exceed goals
- Experience building and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- A results-oriented mindset and passion for process improvement
- Willingness to travel across Michigan as needed
