Skilled Trades Recruiter

All Weather Seal of West MI is a leading home improvement company specializing in replacement Windows, Baths, and Metal Roofing, and we're looking for another experienced Recruiter to join our team!

Our Company has some very big goals for 2024 and moving forward we will be ramping up our Recruting Department to bring in more high quality applicants and expand our team!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment practices
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events
- Provide training and development opportunities for hiring managers on effective recruitment techniques

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
