We are currently hiring for Service Technicians to work out of our Ogden, UT office. Our Service Technicians are the face of the company. We believe each customer interaction is an opportunity to delight the customer; we do that by assisting them with all of the following (and then some!):
Responsibilities:
- Install new services purchased by customer and ensure they are fully functioning
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair broadband, television, and telephone services
- Assist with mainline troubleshooting and repair
- Restore services due to unpredictable events
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years telecommunications/electronics/RF coaxial systems experience, preferred
- Associate degree in electronics or network management, preferred
- Previous experience troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
This is a Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00am - 7:00pm Shift.
