HVAC Sales Technician

All Year Cooling is searching for a full-time HVAC Sales Technician to join our Naples team for a year-round position, working 40 hours per week for residential and light commercial air conditioning. Job Duties

• Prepare proposals based on all labor, equipment, and materials needed to complete the job properly and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Provide HVAC solutions and designs to improve the customer's AC system.
• Manage and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction. Communicate clearly and follow up promptly on customer inquiries.
• Develop and maintain a customer base with referrals.
• Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field.
