Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our team, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled technicians for our residential service brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for the residential services industry, with a keen understanding of the unique demands and qualifications required for technician roles in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified technicians for our family of brands.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and community organizations, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within our organization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and the qualifications necessary for each role.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the residential services industry.
- Familiarity with technical roles in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and proficiency with ATS and resume databases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
