Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified technicians for our family of brands.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and community organizations.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within our organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and the qualifications necessary for each role.
- Evaluate and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our ATS.
Requirements
- Experience as a recruiter, preferably within the residential services industry.
- Familiarity with technical roles in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
- Understanding of sourcing techniques and proficiency with ATS and resume databases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
